Our Story
OGinger began at a kitchen counter — one ginger bug, fed daily, that taught us the patience of living food. Today our small team brews wild sodas and cooks plant-forward plates that follow the seasons and the soil.
We believe wellness isn't a trend. It's a daily practice of mindful sourcing, slow fermentation, and the company we keep at the table.
Ingredient Philosophy
Every bottle and bowl can be traced back to a hand, a farm, a season. We choose ingredients that nourish you and the land that grew them.

Mother Culture
Our ginger bug has been fed daily for years. It carries our story in every bubble.
Zero waste
Pulp becomes crackers, peels become syrup, and the rest goes back to the garden.

Community
Beyond the cafe, OGinger hosts ferment workshops, slow suppers, and farmer meetups. Come for the drink, stay for the people.
